Conference Note Terms of Use

Effective October 3, 2026

By signing in to Conference Note you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign in. The Tutorial Demo needs no account and uses sample data only.

What the app is

Conference Note is a note-taking tool. It transcribes speech on your iPhone, reads text from photos you take, and, when you ask, writes notes and reports from that material. It does not decide whether you may record or share anything.

Your responsibility for what you record

You decide when, where and what to record, photograph and share. You alone are responsible for:

Conference Note does not monitor, review or control what you record or create, and we are not responsible for it. Do not use the app to unlawfully surveil anyone or to infringe anyone's rights.

Notes and reports from AI

Transcripts, summaries and reports are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything you rely on or share against the talk itself. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Your content

Your talks, photos, transcripts and reports stay yours. You give us only the limited right to process the text you send, in order to provide the notes and reports you ask for, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits and purchases

AI actions use credits, which you buy in the app through Apple's In-App Purchase. Credits are consumable, are tied to your account, and have no cash value. Purchases are handled by Apple under its terms and refund process.

Accounts

You sign in with your Apple ID. You can delete your account inside the app, which removes your identity and credit balance. Deleting it does not erase the talks stored on your iPhone or refund purchases.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, try to bypass credits or limits, or use it to break the law.

No warranty, limited liability

The app and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any claim arising from how you record, capture, store or share content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions: support@nduwork.com.
